3.7.8 Update

The most recent version of Conductrics is 3.7.8, available as of June 30, 2022.

This update focuses on enhancements for Express agents, especially those set up via WYSIWYG. There are also some minor improvements for Reporting, Surveys, and agent conditions. There are a few bug fixes as well, check out the full list below.

This update also makes Conductrics Surveys available for customers that are interested in enhancing their experimentation program with NPS and other qualitative-style measures. Contact Conductrics if you want the survey functionality enabled for your account - we are also happy to walk you though the survey features on a call.
